Second-harmonic generation at 0.659 µ in CD A
The efficient generation of the second-harmonic radiation of an Nd:YAG laser operating at 1.318 mu has been achieved in a deuterated cesium dihydrogen arsenate (CD*A) crystal. An overall peak power conversion efficiency of 40 percent was obtained for the experimental conditions described.
