Zusammenfassung: | Trisolini et al present the case study of a 47-year-old male patient with an unremarkable past medical history presented with a persistent dry cough and a low-grade fever of 1-month duration. High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the chest revealed countless pulmonary micronodules with a perilymphatic distribution and initial signs of lung distortion and displacement of lung fissures. The HRCT mediastinal window showed small symmetric lymph nodes involving the main hilar and mediastinal stations. |
