Zusammenfassung: | A series of BaTiO3 fibre and nanopowder unfilled and filled interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared by simultaneous polymerisation of polyurethane (PU) and unsaturated polyester resin (UP). The effect of PU and UP component ratios in IPNs, the types and amounts of BaTiO3, the polarisation treatment to filled IPNs on the damping properties of 70/30(mass) PU/UP IPNs were investigated. Dielectric properties such as dielectric loss and dielectric constant were studied. The relationship between damping and dielectric properties was revealed. The filled IPNs were polarised with high voltage and small current, and protected by silicone oil to investigate the synergistic action of elastomeric damping, interfacial frictional damping and piezoelectric damping mechanisms in systems. |
