Zusammenfassung: | A design of the resistive mirror-based voltage-controlled resistor (VCR) in bipolar technology is presented. The resistive mirror has been designed using the current-mode signal processing. The modification of the translinear reduction of the "log-antilog" analog multiplier/divider working with currents has been used. Simulation results show the linearity error less than 0.4% in a wide operating range. |
