Label-free monitoring of multiple biomolecular binding interactions in real-time with diffraction-based sensing

Diffraction-based sensing is used to monitor in real-time the competitive response of two different capture molecules simultaneously to different solutions of target analyte. These interactions can be observed directly without labeling any of the molecules involved. The technique is demonstrated usi...

Zusammenfassung:Diffraction-based sensing is used to monitor in real-time the competitive response of two different capture molecules simultaneously to different solutions of target analyte. These interactions can be observed directly without labeling any of the molecules involved. The technique is demonstrated using a model system consisting of mouse and rabbit IgG as capture molecules and anti-mouse IgG and anti-rabbit IgG as target analytes.
