Quercetin supplementation in the diet of Labeo rohita: Effects on growth, proximate composition, antioxidative indices and immunity

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of quercetin supplementation on the growth performance, antioxidant indices, and immunity of Labeo rohita. Five experimental diets were formulated with quercetin inclusion rates of 0 g/kg (T0, control), 2 g/kg (T2), 4 g/kg (T4), 6 g/kg (T6), and 8 g/kg (T8).
