Zusammenfassung: | Construction is obviously a complex and unique industry that involves the extensive interactions of various professionals. This industry can be broadly divided into building and civil engineering sectors. Although each project is unique in nature, they share similar characteristics. Therefore, the critical success factors (CSFs) identified in this technical note, including project-related factors, procurement-related factors, project management factors, project-participants-related factors, and external factors, are applicable to all types of construction projects. It provides a general concept on variables contributing to these five identified factors. |
