Zusammenfassung: | Ultrasonic machining (USM) can vitally promote the improvement of machining quality. A new piezoelectric micro displacement actuator (PMDA) integrated the cutting tool with the piezoelectric crystal pile and ultrasonic vibration system for USM is designed. This cutting tool is driven directly by piezoelectric crystal pile. Based on the piezoelectric equation and Lagrange movement differential equation, the vibration characteristic of cutting tool and cascade piezoelectric ceramics are analyzed respectively. Matching circuits of USM and its inductance are presented. Also the dynamic response experiment is done. Finally the comparison experiments between USM and normal one have been carried out. The results show that this system can highly improve the surface quality and precision of workpiece. (Workpiece: 45 steel.) |
