Zusammenfassung: | The rheological measurement of high viscous material(such as original coal slurry, city sludge, paper pulp and such industrial byproducts or solid waste) has important significance in the project of pipeline transportation of these matter. Under normal pressure and without adding additives, viscous and dense material with high concentration is a kind of separate agglomerate material without characteristic of fluid. If using common rotational rheometer, it is impossible to test the rheological characteristic. However, under high pressure, viscous and dense material with high concentration will become continuous slurry with characteristic of fluid. So a new sort of high-pressure rotational rheometer of high viscous material (maximum operating condition is 20 MPa) is researched and manufactured.
