Zusammenfassung:Affecting generalities of UDD (ultra dispersive diamond), NbC, WC, W, WC–Co, ZrO 2, Al 2O 3, Si 3N 4, Fe, Fe–Co, Co, W nanosized powders additives on the structure and properties of the coatings deposited by electrospark alloying (ESA), thermoreactive electrospark surface strengthening (TRESS) are considered. The positive effect of 3–10 vol.% nanosized powder additives on microstructure and tribological characteristic of ESA- and TRESS-coatings were established. Wear- and heat-resistant coatings on the base of TiC–Ni-alloy, (Ti,Cr)C–Ni, TiB 2–TiAl, W–C–Co, Fe-Co and Ni–Al 2O 3 systems on steel, titanium and nickel alloy substrates with low friction coefficient were deposited.
