Zusammenfassung:We present a CMOS circuit with a voltage output that is a function of the correlation between its two voltage inputs. The DC offset, height, and width of the circuit's transfer function are independently tunable. The circuit has been fabricated in a commercially available 0.5 tm process, and testing has yielded experimental results that match well with theoretical analysis.
