Zusammenfassung:Extra ordinary Hall resistivity, AMR and planar Hall effect were used to study Co(81)Nb(19) thin film as a function of in-plane applied field at different angles. Negative rho( )(H)-rho(⊥)(H) is observed. The planar Hall resistivity (rho(H)) was studied at various angles between the current and applied field. General curve shape of rhoH for each angle follows the theory of AMR, however, it is also affected by the anisotropy of the thin film. We analyzed the rho(H) curves, and determined the easy axis of the thin film
