Zusammenfassung:In this paper we demonstrate a new method to attach cultures of collagen lattices on a silicon microdevice. First, we demonstrate the silicon biocompatibility feasibility and study, and then we describe a solution based on a specific grid directly etched on a 200 μm thick silicon plate. The collagen lattice can grow around this grid and attach the silicon plate during its development.
