Zusammenfassung: | A PbTiO3 component of 20 mol% was substituted into a Pb[(Zn1/3Ta2 /3),(Mg1/3Nb2/3)]O3 system to promote the perovskite formation, especially at Pb(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3-rich compositions. Perovskite formation yields after heat treatments were determined by XRD. Weak-field dielectric properties of the ceramics were investigated as functions of temperature and frequency. A quite high value of the maximum dielectric constant (37900 at 1 kHz) was realised, whereas the dielectric maximum temperatures of all compositions stayed nearly constant. Microstructure developments in the sintered ceramics were also examined. 23 refs. |
