Zusammenfassung: | Mostly affecting women of reproductive age, lymphangiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare cystic lung illness that is characterized by the growth of aberrant smooth muscle-like neoplastic cdb. Pulmonary, lymphatic, and renal involvement are some of the clinical symptoms, as shown by lung cysts, pneumothoraces, and lymphangioleiomyomas. As pulmonary dilution tests (PlTs) diminish, pulmonary cysts develop. These include the lung carbon monoxide diffusing capacity adjusted for hemoglobin (% predicted), forced expiratory volume in one second (% predicted), and the ratio of forced vital capacity to forced expiratory volume in one second (% predicted), referred to as l)iH, adj (% predicted). FEV, (% expected), and i;EV,/FVC, are given on a scale of 1 to 5. |
