Zusammenfassung: | To reduce the long cylindrical workpiece shape error and improve grinding efficiency, a variable parameter optimization adaptive control strategy that works with fuzzy neural networks was used in this paper. It could control the workpiece deflection and compensate for the deformation caused by wheel wear. Simulation and experiment results were validated and this verifies that the proposed control method is feasible. (Example workpiece: 45 steel.) |
