Zusammenfassung:A simple yet powerful D-A type-based NIR-II fluorophore (MTF) with mitochondria targeting was constructed. This mitochondrial targeting dye MTF exhibited not only a photothermal effect but also photodynamic performance, and was further fabricated with DSPE-mPEG to generate nanodots for experiments, achieving strong NIR-II fluorescence tracing of tumors and impressive NIR-II image-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT).
