Zusammenfassung:The present work is devoted to working out the topical problem of searching for new methods of improving the adherence of ceramics and alloys in metal–ceramic structures. The first results of experimental investigations where porcelain ceramics is sintered on Ni–Cr substrates in a power microwave field are described. As compared with the samples produced with the use of conventional technology, the method considered allows to increase the adherence of metal–ceramics structures by two to three times. At the same time, the X-ray spectral tests of the microwave-prepared samples identified abnormally high chromium diffusion in the porcelain-to-alloy interface region and a number of other basic peculiarities, which are difficult to explain within the frames of regular views regarding the interaction of a strong electromagnetic field and a solid body. The results obtained seem to be very significant and stimulate further research in this direction.
