Zusammenfassung:We investigate magnetic correlations and local moments at finite temperatures in some FCC CumFen and ComFen structures on Cu(100) substrates using an ab initio mean-field theory of magnetic fluctuations for layered materials. We find that the thermal spin fluctuations give rise to layer-dependent local moments and layer-dependent magnetic correlations which depend strongly on the structure of the films.
