Zusammenfassung:The paper presents some results of investigations of corrosion resistance of heat-resisting steels under conditions of high-temperature chlorine and sulfur corrosion. The investigations consisted in laboratory tests in an atmosphere containing sulfur and chlorine compounds. By means of scanning microscopy and X-ray analysis the structure of corrosion products was determined. Steels of TP347H, P92, X20 CrMoV 12.1, T23 and steel of type 2.25% Cr–1% Mo grades are characterized by high corrosion resistance.
