Zusammenfassung: | With different aging processes, the effects of aging temperature and time on ZL101A alloy's mechanical properties had been studied. An optimized aging process was obtained. According to the results, typical mechanical properties of the alloy has been improved as follows: sigma(b) > or = 330 MPa, delta(5) > or = 10%, which can meet the aeronautic and astronautic demand of high properties of Al-alloy precision castings. |
