Case 15-2023: A 33-Year-Old Man with Paresthesia of the Arms and Legs

A 33-year-old man was evaluated for progressively worsening paresthesia in the arms and legs. Sensation was reduced in the arms and legs, and reflexes were absent in the legs. A diagnostic test was performed.
