Zusammenfassung:FePt alloys have been electrodeposited from a stable bath containing Fe complex. Properties of FePt films are affected by post-annealing conditions. Changes of the annealing atmosphere from vacuum to H/sub 2/ bring about the improvement of the L1/sub 0/ FePt properties because of the reduction of Fe oxide in the as-deposited films. The coercivity of 6 kOe is achieved by postannealing at less than 400/spl deg/C in H/sub 2/. This FePt alloy is uniformly embedded into anodic alumina-nanoholes, forming the excellent L1/sub 0/ ordered phase.
