Zusammenfassung:The crack on crankshaft in diesel is diagnosed by using torsional vibration analysis. Stiffness will decrease because of crack. The stiffness of crankshaft is changed due to open-close of crack under alternating load of crankshaft. An open-close mathematic model was introduced into calculation of torsional vibration. The results show that the kurtosis and high harmonic will increase when the crankshaft has crack.
