Zusammenfassung: | Using a transmission-line model and considering a simple lumped-element substitute for the patch-via structure, a first-order, but detailed, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the filtering properties of a metallo-dielectric electromagnetic bandgap structure embedded in a printed circuit board is presented. This model is able to describe the resonant properties of the structure as well as its pass-band and stop-band regions. |
