Zusammenfassung:Disruption in the non-anastomotic section of an axillofemoral bypass is a rare occurrence. In this report, we consider a patient who presented with a pseudoaneurysm in the non-anastomotic section of his axillofemoral bypass due to blunt trauma to the chest after a fall. Clinical presentation, management, treatment, and complications related to our case are discussed.
