Our prior investigation discovered that hydrolysates (PPe-s) derived from PPe demonstrated stronger antioxidant capabilities than PPe. The objective of the current study was to explore the potential mechanism of PPe-s, utilizing Caenorhabditis elegans and MIN6 cells as models.
