Zusammenfassung:The analysis of calculation and reduction methods of dosing errors of materials weighed in discrete dosing units of an asphalt concrete mixing plant is carried out. Analytical expressions enabling to calculate the technological parameters of dosing units are presented. The technical policy which does not regulate the highest permitted values of dosing errors of materials in the existing normative documentation is critically evaluated. The structure of Teltomat-160 model asphalt concrete mixing plant and the system of computerised handling of the operations of dosing materials are analysed. The empirical statistical data enabling to evaluate the efficiency of three dosing units operation are obtained. The data as well as physical-mechanical indicators of the asphalt concrete mixture composition produced during the study period of dosing units operation accuracy and stability are presented.
