Case 9-2023: A 20-Year-Old Man with Shortness of Breath and Proteinuria

A 20-year-old man was admitted with hemoptysis and hypoxemia. CT of the chest revealed pulmonary emboli; urinalysis showed proteinuria and hematuria. Diagnostic tests were performed.
