Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents an elastoplastic damage model for unsaturated rocks and concrete. Based on experimental observations, two plastic mechanisms are considered. The first one describes plastic flow due to change of stress and fluid pressures. The second one accounts for plastic shrinkage and swelling due to variation of capillary pressure. Degradation of elastic properties due to material damage is also captured. The model is applied to a hard clay, which is largely investigated in the underground research laboratory for nuclear waste storage. |
