Maintenance management rentability in Cuban sugar mills

In order to properly evaluate the sugar mills maintenance management rentability and its directive personnel there is a need for quantitative indicators that reflect results and integral activity evolution. Actually there is a great deal of such indicators, but there is a lack of management maintenance generalizator indicators, making correct results valoration and integral activity evolution a difficult task. In this paper is exposed the possible evaluation of maintenance management in Cuban sugar mills with the Rentability management indicator (Rgm).
