Zusammenfassung: | Thermal analysis methods are widely used to study crystallization kinetics in glasses. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of xLi2S-(1-x)Sb2S3, x=0-0.17 were investigated using DSC. The activation energies, Ea, for crystal growth have been determined for glass samples with particle size of < 75 mm. The phases at which the glasses crystallized after the thermal process have been identified by powder XRD analysis. 7 refs. |
