Clonazepam Treatment of Adolescent Catatonia in A Setting of Lorazepam-Related Hypotension

Since moving to the United States, P. had not yet enrolled in school. Protective factors include engagement with mental health treatment and support from mother and grandmother. Initial laboratory evaluation of comprehensive metabolic panel, complete blood count, creatine phosphokinase, thyroid stimulating hormone, urine analysis, Drug of Abuse in Urine, and urine pregnancy test was unremarkable.
