Zusammenfassung: | Minimally invasive cardiac surgery has increased in popularity to reduce the morbidity associated with open heart surgery. In this article, a totally endoscopic case series is presented in which anterior pericardiectomy is performed by peripheral femoral arterial and venous cannulation. Right periareoal incision and right submammary incision were used for male and female patients, respectively, to access the heart by the fourth intercostal space.
