Zusammenfassung:The intestinal barrier protects the host from harmful substances. This paper investigated two polysaccharides extracted from the Hericium erinaceus before and after fermentation (HEP and FHEP). The effects of two polysaccharides on the intestinal barrier were investigated in cell and mice models.
