Zusammenfassung: | A novel model of the finite difference lattice Boltzmann method (FDLBM) is presented. One term related the viscosity is added to the discrete Boltzmann equation, and the relationship between the kinetic viscosity and the relaxation parameter is changed. The time increment can be chosen much larger than that of the ordinary FDLBM, and the stability of the scheme is much improved. Characteristics of the model are also clarified by calculations of typical benchmark test, i.e. 2 D Couette flows and square cavity flows. |
