Its finding in the ileum is rare, there are only a few case reports. In most reported cases, diagnosis is made with capsule endoscopy or double-balloon enteroscopy. We present a case of a lesion in the ileum, approximately 15 cm from the ileocecal valve, documented by colonoscopy. |
