Zusammenfassung:A novel monopole consisting of two sub-patches and wrapped into a compact structure with a height of 10 mm was described. The 10 dB impedance bandwidth of the lower mode is 89 MHz (873-962 MHz) and covers the GSM band, while the bandwidth of the upper mode reaches 181 MHz (1704-1885 MHz) and covers the DCS band. Results showed that the radiation patterns were stable across the GSM and DCS bands.
