Zusammenfassung:We present a brief guide to recent developments of nondestructive evaluation (NDE) of materials and structures using high-temperature superconducting (HTS) quantum interference detectors (SQUIDs). An overview of NDE methods, and of suitable HTS SQUIDs is given, followed by a brief summary of few selected application highlights, both introduced into practice and still under development. Details of these can be found in the referenced original work.
