Zusammenfassung: | According to the structure of radial compliance mechanisms, based on the fundamental principle of the plane linkage mechanism, the kinematics model of the radial compliance Mechanisms in general profiles scroll compressor, of the restriction condition of the contact point, of the running state of the orbit scroll and compliance mechanism, stability index, of the mesh state between the orbit scroll and fix scroll, and of the error compensation mechanism is analyzed. It demonstrates the inherent relation between the radial compliance mechanism and the running stability of orbit scroll, the profile type and mesh precision. So this theory can make it the foundation for the scroll compressor precision analysis and synthesis. |
