Zusammenfassung: | Leptosperols C−G (1–5), five new phenylpropanoyl phloroglucinol derivatives were isolated from the leaves of Leptospermum scoparium. Compounds 1–3 are phenylpropanoyl phloroglucinol‐sesquiterpene adducts with new carbon skeletons. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation. Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited moderate anti‐inflammatory activity in zebrafish acute inflammatory models. |
