In partnership with Citi, YEC recently launched BusinessCollective, a free virtual mentorship program that helps millions of entrepreneurs start and grow businesses. After enrolling in college at Norfolk State University and then transferring to Johnson C. Smith, the broadcast journalism student got her on-air start in the industry at a local radio station in Charlotte, North Carolina.
