Mechanical properties of LaCoO3 based ceramics

The aim of the present study was to prepare LaCoO3, La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 and La0.8Ca0.2CoO3 ceramics and to measure the mechanical properties such as bending strength, hardness, fracture toughness and Young's modulus at room temperature and at temperatures to 850 C. 22 refs.
