Zusammenfassung:New superconducting cuprates in the Ca-doped Pr-123 system, have been synthesized successfully under high pressure. The compounds crystallize with tetragonal structure. Electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate superconductivity with transition temperatures as high as 115K. This indicates that carrier-doping and an appropriate synthesis route can effectively induce superconductivity in the Pr-123 system.
