Zusammenfassung:The imaging system used in the high-resolution moire photography technique in order to provide it the capability to directly measure the derivatives of the in-plane surface displacements. The imaging lens is replaced by a split-lens assembly with the possibility of translating the two halves of the device in an independent manner along the horizontal and vertical directions. The second refinement concerns the modification of the dual double slot arrangement disposed in front of the lens system. The method excels from the standpoint of simplicity, quality of fringe patterns, and its reduced vulnerability to nonlaboratory environment. (AIAA)
