Zusammenfassung:The objective of this work is to study the electrodeposition of bright Zn-Ni-Co alloy in an acidic chloride bath, the influence of cobalt codeposition on surface brightness, and alloy deposit composition as well as cathodic current efficiency of the obtained Zn-Ni-Co alloy. The effect of plating parameters, such as metals ions concentration, pH, and current density, were also examined. A pure copper substrate was used.
