Zusammenfassung:Several new buildings have been completed for the EXPO 2000 in Hanover during the last six years. Amongst them the fair halls 4, 26, 13 and 8/9 nowadays some of the largest long span structures for fair halls in the world. Schlaich Bergermann and Partner, structural consultant engineers, together with renowned architects have been involved in the design. The following report describes the special demands and the structural solutions for these four roofs.
