Zusammenfassung: | [...]in their trial, Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium (PAED) scores were recorded in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). [...]the method of EEG-guided anesthesia is very useful for anesthesiologists to reduce end tidal sevoflurane (ET-Sevo), and it would be beneficial for children to reduce their exposure to sevoflurane and reduce the incidence of ED after anesthesia. Because PSI was usually inaccurately high but the EEG shows a normal general anesthesia state [3], which was consistent with our clinical work when monitoring children's anesthetic depth. |
