Zusammenfassung:According to the findings of this study, ISP block decreased intraoperative fentanyl and postoperative pethidine usage. [...]patients may choose to take other non-NSAIDs medications in place of NSAIDs if continuous analgesia is required, leading to differences in pre-medication. Additional, more investigation is required to compare the efficacy, adverse events, and cost-effectiveness of ISP block and perioperative analgesics while also accounting for the safety and success rate of invasive procedures, nausea, vomiting, and respiratory depression.
