Zusammenfassung:Using a single-mode picosecond YAG-Nd3(+) laser (P = 30 MW, lambda = 1.06 micron), the reflected second harmonic generation (SHG) of cerium-doped YBa2Cu3O(7-delta) ceramics was measured at low temperatures. An increase in the second harmonic signal was discovered near Tc. The concentration changes of this effect are connected with splitting near Van Hove singularities. The dependence of the SHG signal on the magnitude and direction of the external magnetic field was observed. (Author)
